TOTAL ACCESS SEASON PASSES RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Your entry into Riot Zone will NOT be granted without your Total Access Season Pass ID Card. NO EXCEPTIONS!
2. Replacement of a lost or stolen Total Access Season Pass ID Card will cost $5.00.
3. The Total Access Season Pass expires October 31st of the year purchased.
4. The Total Access Season Pass is valid during regular Park opening hours only. Operating schedules and/or opening times may
change due to weather conditions without prior notification.
5. Riot Zone reserves the right to revoke The Total Access Season Pass without refund for the following:
a) Violation of park rules and/or safety procedures.
b) Assisting another person in any way to obtain unauthorized entry to Riot Zone.
c) Any conduct deemed by management as to interfere with the enjoyment or safety of Riot Zone guests or employees.
6. Misuse of the Total Access Season Pass will result in immediate confiscation and
possible criminal charges.
7. The Total Access Season Pass is not valid for certain promotions or special events.
8. The Total Access Season Pass is for use by person named and photographed on the Total Access Season Pass ID Card, and is
non- transferable and non-refundable.
9. Additional descriptive identification may be required upon request.
10. The Maze and The Ice Skating are not included with the Total Access Season Pass.
11. I agree to accept responsibility for my own actions and agree to pay for any damages caused as a result of my actions.
12. By accepting the Total Access Season Pass ID Card, the holder agrees to abide by all Riot Zone Total Access Season Pass rules
and regulations.
13. I agree the any use of the Total Access Season Pass confirms absolutely my agreement to be bound by all these terms and others
posted, whether I obtained this ticket myself, or it was provided to me by someone else.
